Castle Series Features:

Door

Outer Plate:

bulletMinimum 1" (25.4mm) of A-36 plate steel. 4" (101.6 mm) overall door thickness.
bulletOn fire-rated units, door is insulated with UL approved insulating material.
bulletFire-rated units also incorporate high-temperature heat and smoke seals in strategic areas.

Anti-drill barries:

bulletHardened-steel ball-bearing plates

Re-locking systems:

bulletRandomly positioned, independent live or dead re-lockers, both thermally and mechanically activated.

Body

bulletOuter plates consisting of minimum 1/2" (12.7 mm) A-36 plate steel.
bulletOn fire-rated units, additional barrier of 1.5" (38.1 mm) proprietary high-density, cement-based composite material enclosed between outer plate and 16 ga. (1.5 mm) interior steel body.

Standard model includeds:
